The Artcave
Chip Raman earned a BFA in Woodworking and
Art Therapy from Philadelphia University of the
Arts but didn't focus on painting until 1996,
when he moved back to Philadelphia after eight
years in the Berkeley, California area.
For several of those years, he was working on
his certification in Expressive Arts Therapy at
JFK University.
When he returned to the Philadelphia area he fell
deeply into painting, filling his home/studio with
art from wall to wall to ceiling.
The Artcave, as it's now known, is a showplace
for many of Chip's largest expressions.
